Returns Eligibility
Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Exceptions: Custom orders, final sale items, perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Reach out to us at: contact@tinglara.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the return.
Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship It Back: Package the item securely, include the RA number, and send it back to us. to: 104 S. Wayne Avenue, Wayne PA 19087. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different item/order? Let us know when you request your return, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue when you reach out. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
